Compassion For The Devil
Does the Devil (assuming there is such a thing) deserve our love?
I think so.
Not because Ole Scratch is evil
and
not because I would be given the challenge of a Faustian bargain.
No I believe that though far removed from mine and it’s Creator as it is and I could be, it is still a child loved by The Creator.
Besides, the will of my Creator is that I love unconditionally and give of my mercy and compassion freely.
For however is the Devil to heal spiritually and begin to love again (thus returning to our Creator’s light) if I refuse my unconditional love?
It was only through the love, compassion, and proper boundaries of others that I myself returned to the light.
Who are we to deny the Devil his due?
